MISSION STATEMENT

In my time in the Independent Study and Mentorship program I plan to learn the ways of patient care and surgery by studying under a cardiothoracic pediatric nurse practitioner. I hope that through this experience I can explore the possibility of a career in the medical field and learn how to properly care for patients after a surgical procedure.
