With this last week came the original work checkpoint. There was a lot of nerves associated with this due to a lack of research completed. The conference went well; however, there is still a lot to be done. As with research and interviews, a wall has been hit. Most do not want to conduct interviews due to the upcoming holiday season and articles have been difficult to find. Therefore, goals were not completed. Due to this, work ethic will need to be even higher over this next couple of weeks
Work ethic and time management while high over the past week, led to little productivity. As mentioned before there have been difficulties with scheduling interviews and such. This means a different approach needs to be taken to be successful. To improve, work ethic and time management need to be more efficient.
This week’s goals consist of finding specific sources over surgical recovery, continuing with mobile application development research and contacting professionals that work tangentially to the topic of pediatric cardiothoracic care. Although the original work is pertinent, focus needs to be on finding a mentor. Overall, time management and work ethic need to remain high to promote productivity and success.
