The previous week of ISM was not as productive as expected. Self motivation was lacking tremendously and therefore minimal work was completed. A little more coding was done but not as much as needed. A mentor visit was scheduled for after spring break and the Final Product proposal still needs to be analyzed for error. Additionally, due to feedback on the proposal a new idea needs to be created so that the Final Product maintains within the field of pediatric cardiothoracic care.
As mentioned before, there was little productivity due to a lack of time management and work ethic. Other classwork and responsibilities were not managed well enough to leave time for ISM work. This meant that work that was done was rushed or incomplete. For the rest of the school year, focus needs to be very high as well as time management and work ethic to avoid this lack of productivity.
In the upcoming week, Assessment 16 and the Final Product Proposal is due. The assessment will be over the interview held two weeks ago at Children’s Medical Center Dallas. Additionally, progress needs to be made on the Final Product and both the digital and binder portfolios need to be updated. Overall, it needs to be much more productive than the previous week.
